FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

KenMark is looking for an out going personality with a drive to succeed.  Innovative, self-confident, self-motivated person eager to learn about technology along with great listening skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing 5 or more quality calls per day
  • Possessing a First Call Efficiency of 80% or better
  • Proper & accurate trunk inventory (minimal variances)
  • Replacing & repairing broken or worn parts using common sense (Do Not troublshoot with parts)
  • Providing 4 hour repsonse to our clients
  • Communicating with new service call clients with one hour of call reception.
  • Providing quality service calls on each piece of equipment serviced
  • Communicating to Service & Parts Coordinator with status
  • Communicating rescheduled parts status to end users with an ETA for service call completion.
  • Communicating with peers and management with field actions and assistance requests.
  • Completing self-paced training courses in a timely manner
  • Keeping cleaning supplies to required level.
  • Proper care of all company provided tools
